The idea for this poster was conceived by Vika Smolina.

Vika : the general principle of management, which is close to me: you need to train everyone who can be trained. So I got a phrase that helps me in my work: we train everyone who is training. 

From a philosophical point of view, this principle can be laid as a middle ground between adherents of innate ideas and supporters of the ideas of the Enlightenment, when some say that it is possible to reveal only what is already embedded inside, while others think that anyone can be taught, you just need to find an approach. The truth, as you know, is somewhere in between, and you can only teach the one who is teaching. If unteachable, then alas.
